PW reports that Diabetes UK has completed on a 10-year lease in Boultbee Brooks Real Estate’s new 25,000 sq ft building in Aldgate East, 126 Back Church Lane , E1.

EG reports that Marcol has instructed agents to sell the offices at the Royal Exchange, EC3, seeking bids in excess of £55m for the 68,000 sq ft of offices.

City of Westminster

EG reports that British Land has unveiled the masterplan for its 46-acre Canada Water development, which envisages as much as 7m sq ft of development, including 3,500 new homes.

EG reports that Ho Bee Land has instructed Savills to sell Rose Court on South Bank, SE1. The 154,144 sq ft office block is being offered for £98m.
