EG reports that a private Turkish investor is buying the UK HQ of MediaCom Holdings at 124 Theobalds Road, WC1, for £65.5m – a 4.1% yield. 

City of London

EG reports that Rockspring has sold 32 Cornhill to a private European investor for £21m. The building consists of 12,141 sq ft of offices and a 2,651 sq ft shop let to TM Lewin.

EG reports that German investor Corpus Sireo has bought a City office building let to WeWork. Corpus Sireo has bought 33 Queen Street, EC4, for £40m – a yield of 5%.

EG reports that Picton Capital has placed a prime midtown corner block on the market. Farebrother has been instructed to seek offers in excess of £19m for 1 Chancery Lane, WC2, reflecting a yield of 3.59%.
