City of London 

PW reports that Standard Life Investments has secured Wallacespace as a tenant for the entire office at 15 Artillery Lane. The provider of off-site meeting and thinking space has agreed to a new 15-year lease on 12,000 sq ft, paying £67/sq ft.

PW reports that the Staffordshire Pension Fund has acquired the short leasehold interest in 11 Old Jewery for £20.6m in an off market deal. The 63,375 sq ft building is multi-let to 12 tenants on a current passing rent of just over £2.5m.

City of Westminster

PW reports that Blackrock has pulled its £100m sale of 25 Bedford Street. It has withdrawn the sale of the 76,000 sq ft office building, which also includes a retail unit let to Tesco and eight apartments, having put it up for sale through Tudor Toone for more than £100m.

PW reports that the clothing brand of the Norton Motorcycle Company will open its first UK store at 47 Beak Street. The store size is 2,040 sq ft.

TH Real Estate has made the first major sale from Hendersons £3.9bn UK property fund since the EU referendum in a deal that marks Vank’s first foray into the UK’s commercial real estate market. The fund manager, acting on behalf of the retail fund, has sold Ryder Court in Mayfair to Chinese developer Vanke for £115m. The two parties have exchanged on the deal, which represents a yield of 4.3%.

RBKC

PW reports that French furniture and interior design specialists Silvera is opening its debut UK store on King’s Road. Due to open this winter, the 5,244 sq ft showroom will be the brand’s first branch outside of France.

Southwark

PW reports that Junson Capital has bought the 378-bed DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Rotherhithe. The 147,168 sq ft hotel was sold for around £80m.
