PW reports that the Great Ropemaker Partnership has sold 240 Blackfriars Road to Wolf Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Al Grug Family, for £266.5m. The price represents a NIY of 3.94% and a capital value of £1,176/sq ft.
