Variation of Section 106 Agreement dated 21 November 22016 of planning permission ref. 2016/3778 (for the restoration and alteration of Battersea Power Station and the surrounding land to provide a mixed use development) to relocate 103 affordable home from Phase 3b to a later phase(s) alongside the 147 units currently located in Phase 5; introduce an up and down end of scheme review in relation to the 250 affordable housing units on the main site targeting 15% affordable housing provision; and amend the delivery triggers in respect of Phase 4a so that the affordable housing in that phase will be delivered earlier than is currently required.
