GIA of business (Class B1) and 2969 s.q.m. GIA flexible business/retail/restaurant and cafe (Class B1, A1, A2, A3 and A4) with car/cycle parking, associated combined heat and power (CHP), plant and associated works, landscaping, new accesses onto Smugglers Way, and offsite highways works including a new pedestrian crossing of Swandon Way.
