Camden
Online ticket seller The TrainLine has secured a new HQ at 120 Holborn. The firm has signed a 10-year lease for 37,000 sq ft, taking the second and third floors.
City of London
PW reports that Bob Bob Ricard restaurateur Leonid Shutov has been signed up by British Land and Oxford properties to open his second restaurant at the Leadenhall Building.
PW reports that WeWork have signed a deal to pre-let 37,000 sq ft of space at Beltane and Angelo Gordon’s 33 Queen Street.
PW reports that Regus will open a new centre in the City after acquiring 19,000 sq ft of space at 63 St Mary Axe.
City of Westminster
PW reports that Floreat Real Estate has bought the 125-year leasehold interest in 33 Grosvenor Street for about £30m, to serve as its parent company headquarters. Grosvenor sold the 11,437 sq ft office building to the Real Estate Assets Global Opportunity Fund 1, which is managed by Floreat Real Estate.
EG reports that Low Profile Holdings, the fashion manufacturing brand which owns Hawes & Curtis and Ghost, has signed a 10-year lease for 15,000 sq ft at Ziser Investments’ 85 Frampton Street. It has agreed a rent of £38.50 per sq ft.
Islington
PW reports that Helical Bar has completed its £248m acquisition of The Bower.
Kensington and Chelsea
EG reports that South Kensington Estate has submitted plans to redevelop 1-5 Cromwell Place into a private members club dedicated to independent artists.
Southwark
PW reports that The Shard has secured its second letting of 2016, after digital marketing agency Jellyfish signed up for 9,017 sq ft on the 22nd floor.
Wandsworth
Wandsworth Council has launched a search for a regeneration partner to undertake a £500m expansion of the Alton Estate in Roehampton.
