EG reports that Aerium has placed under offer PMB Holdings and Ares Management’s 8 Fenchurch Place.
City of Westminster
PW reports that True Religion has signed a 10-year lease on a 2,000 sq ft store at 9 Carnaby Street. The deal was done after Hugo Boss surrendered the lease. KLM advised True Religion.
EG reports that Cheval Blanc, Starwood Hotels & Resorts St Regis and Four Seasons Hotel have been shortlisted to operate the redeveloped US Embassy in Grosvenor Square. The article, available here, also mentions four other sites in Westminster where there could/will be a luxury hotel. EG reports that Lego will be opening its first standalone shop in the redevelopment of 48 Leicester Square. Lego is taking 8,000 sq ft. Cushman & Wakefield is the letting agent.
Islington
PW reports that Singapore Warehouse Company is on the verge of buying a Guardian Media-let office building, 3-7 Herbal Hill in Clerkenwell, paying a sum of £24.85m for Marcol’s 50% stake in the property.
