EG & PW report that BlackRock has exchanged contracts to sell 10-12 Great Marlborough Street – HQ of Sony Computer Entertainment – to Qatari investor Alduwaliya in a deal worth around £105m – a 4.5% yield. It was an off market deal. The property is let until 2028, with a break of 2023, at a rent of around £60 per sq ft.
PW reports that Land Securities has signed four new operators at Cardinal Place: Coco do Mama; Hugo Boss; Jo Malone and T2.
Lambeth
PW reports that Alchemi Group has submitted revised plans for a 37-storey residential tower at 12-20 Wyvil Road, Vauxhall. Alchemi is seeking permission for a scheme of the same height but with more floorspace. Designed by Stiff + Trevellion, the scheme comprises 272 homes, alongside 50,891 sq ft of office space and 3,196 sq ft of shops.
