Demolition of the existing buildings on the site and construction of a new building ranging from 6 to 10 storeys in height comprising of office (Use Class E(c)) to accommodate co-working and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on all floors, light industrial (Use Class E(g)) at the rear of the ground floor (plus partial mezzanine) and at basement level; dual use of the first, second and third floors for office (Use Class E(c))/light industrial (Use Class E(g)) and ancillary facilities, public realm improvements and associate landscaping.
