Demolition of the existing building on site and erection of a five storey building comprising commercial floorspace on the ground floor and 13 self-contained residential units (6 x 1-bedroom 6 x 2-bedroom & 1 x 3-bedroom dwellings) on upper floors and provision of associated landscaping, cycle parking and refuse and storage facilities. The proposal is a departure from the requirements of Policy ED2 of the Lambeth Local Plan (2015).
