Refused by both local authorities. Two identical applications for planning permission, and tow connected applications for listed building consent have been submitted to the London Boroughs of Hackney and Tower Hamlets.

The application would be for approximately 774 new homes in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and 582 new homes in the London Borough of Hackney, approximately 51 car parking spaces and a maximum of 3,306 cycle spaces. The scheme proposes 22,642 sq. m of new public realm and landscaping, park level public realm of 9,767 sq. m on top of the Braithwaite Viaduct and there would be 11,040 sq. m of private residential and communal amenity space.
