Full planning permission for the demolition of the existing building and the construction of two new buildings to deliver 216 purpose-built shared living (co-living) rooms (Sui Generis) and 24 conventional affordable residential homes (Use Class C3). The 17-storey co-living building will be located on the northern part of the site, stepping down to nine storeys and then to eight storeys towards the centre of the site. The residential building will be located on the southern part of the site and 10 storeys tall. A new pedestrian street is also proposed through the centre of the site including enhanced public realm and play space, in addition to space for one disabled car-parking bay dedicated to a residential home in the affordable housing building.
