Demolition of existing retail warehouse building and erection of three buildings ranging from 9 to 17 storeys with basement to provide a mixed use scheme including 321 residential units (Class C3), 580 sq. m. or retail units (Class A1 and/or A2 and/or A3 uses), 244 sq. m of creche/day nursery and 1636 sq. m. of studio/office space (Class B1), with associated cycle parking spaces and 100 car parking spaces, playspace, landscaping and public realm improvements (including contribution towards a new northern entrance to Wandsworth Town Station).
