Full phased planning permission for the residential-led, mixed use regeneration of approximately 33 hectares of land comprising the demolition of buildings (864 residential units and 614 sq.m (GIA) of non-residential floorspace) and the construction of new buildings comprising 2,532 new residential units (Class C3); 2,537 sq.m (GIA) of non-residential floorspace providing retail floorspace (Class A1/A2/A3/A4), community facilities (Class D1/D2) including a new community resource centre, and office floorspace (Class B1); specified accesses and highway improvements (including new accesses to local road network and new estate roads), demolition of existing and provision of new bus driver facility; car and cycle parking; the provision of areas of public open space, play facilities, hard and soft landscaping and public realm works; and an energy centre and district heating.
