Demolition and clearance of both sites and redevelopment to provide a new community centre (Class F2) and 67 residential units (Class C3) as follows: Land at Jonathan Street: construction of new community centre and 29 residential units (Class C3) in a building extending to between five and eight storeys in height; Land at the junction of Orsett Street and Vauxhall Street: construction of 38 residential units (Class C3) in a building extending up to 7 storeys in height; together with associated cycle parking, car parking, landscaping, infrastructure works and with wider public realm estate improvements.
