Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref:14/02756/FUL (Refurbishment and conversion of existing building to provide office (B1) accommodation at lower levels, 34 residential units on upper levels, together with ancillary residential accommodation, car and cycle parking and refuse storage) Granted on 19.01.2015.

The variation of condition 2 would seek to allow the following minor material amendments to the approved scheme:

– The removal of 11 intermediate affordable housing units;

– Removal of 742sqm of office accommodation;

– Allow for an off-site provision of the affordable housing offer on the Spring Mews Block D development and;

– Convert the approved 11 intermediate housing units into 6 private sales units;

– Together with minor alterations to the ancillary residential facilities, including a health club and children’s play space, parking to the rear and cycle parking in the basement and at ground level.

Deed of variation to the s106 for the following: – Remove the 11 on-site intermediate affordable housing units and accommodate off-site provision on the Spring Mews development on Tinworth Street and no other off-site development.
